Headers this Worker actually received for a same-origin inspection request. The browser, a proxy, and Cloudflare can add, change, or hide headers before that. This is not the full set of headers your browser created, and it is not the response headers you got back.
Edge means Cloudflare documents that header name as one it adds. Received means the Worker got that header on this request. Neither label says who originally created it.
